Let's prepare the ingredients. Any mince can be used, I have ready-made chicken.

Peel the onion and cut it in half. Chop half of the onion with a blender or grate.

Transfer the minced meat to a deep bowl. Add onion, salt and pepper.

Mix.

Shape the meatballs with wet hands.

Peel the potatoes and place in a saucepan or stewpan.

Pour potatoes with water, bring to a boil and cook for 5 minutes.

Finely chop the second part of the onion. Peel the carrots and cut into small pieces.

Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan and fry the onions and carrots until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes.
