How to make Chicken Chili Bean Soup:
1. Heat a large cast iron pot (cauldron) over medium-high heat. Pour in vegetable oil. Sprinkle chicken fillet with 1/4 teaspoon of salt, put the meat in a preheated saucepan, fry for about 4 minutes. Add onion, garlic, cumin, coriander, oregano and red pepper, cook fillets for another 3 minutes.
2. Add beans, 1 cup water, 1/2 teaspoon salt, half a chili and broth to a saucepan. Bring chicken and bean soup to a boil.
3. Put the rest of the beans and chili in a bowl, mash with a potato grinder. Put this puree in a saucepan with soup, cook chicken soup with beans for another 5 minutes.
Serve chicken soup with cilantro and lime wedges.
