Light chicken soup with pumpkin and broccoli is a great dietary meal.

Broccoli (divided into inflorescences) - 1 head of cabbage
Medium carrots (peeled and finely chopped) - 6 pcs.
Onions (finely chopped) - 2 pcs.
Salt - 3 tsp

How to make chicken broccoli and pumpkin soup:

1. Place the chicken in a large saucepan and cover with water. Bring water to a boil, reduce heat, cover pan and cook chicken for about 1 hour, until tender.
