Chicken and Spinach Soup is a healthy option for a light and tasty dish that is suitable for the whole family. This recipe does not use frying, all vegetables are boiled, preserving more vitamins.

Prepare all products according to the list.
The broth can be made from any part of the bird. I have a chicken breast.
Peel and rinse all vegetables.
Rinse the spinach and parsley.
Rinse the chicken fillet and place in a saucepan.
Pour fillet with water and bring to a boil, remove foam. Cook the chicken over low heat for 35 minutes.
Cut the potatoes into small cubes. Cut the onion in half.
Transfer the potatoes to the broth.
Then add the onion.
Grate the carrots on a medium grater.
Add carrots to the pot. Cook vegetables for 15 minutes.
Finely chop the spinach and parsley.
