How to cook pea soup with lightly salted cucumbers:
Rinse peas well, put in a saucepan, pour cold water. Put the pan on the fire, bring to a boil (remove foam). Cook the peas over low heat until tender (about an hour).

Peel and wash potatoes, cut into cubes.

Add potatoes to the peas. Cook everything together over low heat for 15-20 minutes.

Peel and wash the onions and carrots. Grate the carrots on a coarse grater. Cut the onion into cubes.

Grate cucumbers on a coarse grater.

Preheat a frying pan, pour in vegetable oil. Put onions and carrots in hot oil. Simmer over medium heat, stirring occasionally, for 2-3 minutes.

Then put the cucumbers, stir, simmer for 2-3 minutes.

Put the frying in a saucepan, salt and pepper.

Cook the pea soup for another 5-7 minutes under the lid on the lowest heat.
Wash and chop the dill. Add to soup, bring to a boil and remove pea soup from heat. Pea soup with lightly salted cucumbers is ready.

Pea soup can be served.
