How to make a pickle with chicken:
Pour the chicken legs with cold water (2.5 l). Bring to a boil (skim off the foam with a slotted spoon as needed). Reduce heat to low, season with salt, cover and cook until tender (about 40 minutes).

Wash the barley.

Peel and wash potatoes, cut into cubes.

Peel, wash onions, cut into cubes.

Peel the carrots, wash, cut into thin strips.

Take out the finished meat. Refrigerate. Take away from the bones.

Put the barley, potatoes, half of the onion and carrots in the broth. Cook for 20 minutes.

Cut lightly salted cucumbers into cubes.

Preheat a frying pan, pour in vegetable oil. Put the other half of the onion and carrot in hot oil. Simmer, stirring occasionally, over medium heat for 3-4 minutes.

Add tomato paste, stir. Simmer for 1 minute.

Put frying, chopped cucumbers, prepared meat in a saucepan. Add bay leaf, pepper. Cook the pickle with chicken on the lowest heat for 10 minutes, covered.

Wash, chop the herbs. Put in soup. Remove from heat.
The pickle with chicken is ready.

Serve the pickle with sour cream.
