Step by step photo recipe

We put chicken broth to cook. I used a chicken back soup set.

We don't waste time - cut carrots, parsley root, celery, onions into strips. We also cut cucumbers.

Fry the roots in oil until "golden".

Put the cucumbers cut into strips in a little water.
In a separate dry frying pan, fry a tablespoon of flour a little and dilute with two or three tablespoons of ready-made chicken broth.

Throw the "flour base" back into the broth. And we also send vegetables and cucumbers there. Cook until tender.
Put the spices ten minutes before the end of cooking.
If the soup is not very spicy, add strained and boiled cucumber pickle.
All! The result is a simple and very tasty, aromatic soup.
Enjoy your meal!!!
