Cooking pickle for lunch together. This is an economical version of your favorite soup. In this recipe, instead of meat, we use kidneys, and to give the meat pickle a unique taste and satiety we add barley and spicy herbs.

Pickled cucumbers - 300 g
Cucumber pickle - 150 g
Potatoes - 150 g
Carrots - 80 g
Onions - 80 g
Pearl barley - 40 g
Parsley root and herbs - 50 g
Celery root and herbs - 50 g
Sour cream - 100 g
Dill - 1 bunch (to taste)
Black peppercorns - 6-8 pcs. (taste)
Allspice - 4-6 pcs. (taste)
Salt - 1 tbsp spoon (to taste)

How to prepare meat pickle:

Wash the kidneys, soak in water for 6-8 hours, changing the water to fresh water 2-3 times during this time (to remove a specific smell).
