Pickle with salted mushrooms
The use of salted milk mushrooms gives a peculiar taste to this dish, otherwise the recipe for pickle with pickled mushrooms does not differ much from the usual pickle with cucumbers.

How to cook pickle with pickled mushrooms:
Pour the meat with cold water, bring to a boil over medium heat, then reduce heat to low and cook until the meat is tender. Remove the prepared meat from the broth, cool and cut into pieces.
Peel the potatoes, cut into pieces. Peel the onion and roots, finely chop the onion into cubes, grate the roots. Put onion with roots in a preheated pan with oil and sauté for 5-7 minutes.
Put potatoes in boiling broth, and after 5–7 minutes - browned onions and roots, mushrooms. Cook the pickle with salted milk mushrooms until the potatoes are cooked.
When serving pickle with milk mushrooms in a plate, put pieces of meat and sour cream.
