How to cook pickle with smoked meats:
Wash the chicken leg. Put the chicken legs in a saucepan, cover with cold water, put on fire. Boil. Cook the meat over low heat for 30 minutes.

Wash the barley. Place in a bowl. Boil the kettle. Pour boiling water over the barley for 30 minutes. Drain the water.

Peel, wash potatoes, cut into pieces.

Remove the chicken meat, remove the bones, return to the pan. Add potatoes and barley. Cook for 20 minutes.

Peel, wash and finely chop the onion.

Peel carrots, wash, grate on a coarse grater.

Cut pickled cucumbers into cubes.

Preheat a frying pan, pour in vegetable oil. Put onions and carrots in hot oil. Simmer, stirring occasionally, over medium heat for 3 minutes. Add the tomato. Mix. Simmer for 1-2 minutes.

Add cucumbers, mix. Simmer over low heat for 5 minutes.

Put the frying in a saucepan, salt, add pepper and bay leaf. Cook the pickle with smoked meats for 10 minutes on the lowest heat under the lid.
Wash and finely chop the herbs, add to the soup. Remove the pickle from the heat.
