Fish pickle
A simple recipe for fish pickle with pearl barley for a hearty home lunch.

How to cook fish pickle:
Pour pearl barley with water for 2-3 hours. Cut the cucumbers into cubes, simmer in water until soft. Dip the washed cereals in hot water along with chopped potatoes, carrots, onions, parsley root and cook for 10 minutes. Add fish and cook fish pickle for another 15-20 minutes until tender. Add softened cucumbers, salt and spices 5 minutes before the end of cooking.
Let it brew for 20-25 minutes and serve the fish pickle with herbs.
