The holidays are over, and there are jars of pickled and salted sweets in the refrigerator - peppers, garlic, cucumbers, capers … I wanted some soup. So I came up with such a pea pickle. Hearty and spicy. Delight!

Smoked ribs - 5 pcs.
Large potatoes - 1 pc.
Salted capers - 1 tbsp
Salted lemon - 1 pc.
Pickled cucumbers (gherkins) - 3 pcs.

Pickled garlic - 3 teeth
Pickled oyster mushrooms - 2 tablespoons
Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
Tomato paste - 1 tablespoon
