The holidays are over, and there are jars of pickled and salted sweets in the refrigerator - peppers, garlic, cucumbers, capers … I wanted some soup. So I came up with such a pea pickle. Hearty and spicy. Delight!

How to cook pea soup with smoked meats:
Chop pickled and salted vegetables. I have cucumbers, peppers, garlic, mushrooms, salted lemon and capers.

Cut the onions and carrots into small cubes and fry in oil in a non-stick saucepan.

Boil the peas in a pressure cooker with smoked ribs or sausages. We take out the meat. Pour the broth with peas into a saucepan. Bring to a boil. Add diced potatoes and mushrooms (frozen).

We cut the meat and send it to the broth. Cook for 10 minutes. Add prepared pickled-salted vegetables and tomato paste. Cook the pea soup with smoked meats for another 5 minutes. We check for salt. Let it brew under the lid.

Our smoked pea soup is ready! Enjoy your meal!!!
