Pickle with chicken, vegetables, canned beans and corn

I have a pickle with vegetables for lunch today. Cooked with chicken wings - they cook the fastest. It works well with turkey and beef.
|Food (for 10 servings)
|Chicken wings (broiler) - 600 g
|Pearl barley - 100 g
|Potatoes - 3 pcs.
|Carrots - 1 pc.
|Bulb onions - 1 pc.
|Sweet pepper - 1 pc.
|Tomato - 1 pc.
|Pickled cucumbers - 3 pcs. (150 g)
|Canned beans - 1 can (300 g)
|or boiled beans - 300 g
|Canned corn - 1 can (200 g)
|Tomato paste - 1 tbsp the spoon
|Vegetable oil - 3 tbsp. spoons
|Salt to taste
|Ground black pepper - to taste
|Bay leaf - 2-3 pcs.
|Parsley greens - 0.5 bunch

Open jars of canned beans and corn. Beans can be cooked in advance and by yourself if you wish.
Cook the pearl barley separately. Rinse the groats well in cold water, soak for 2-3 hours in cold water. Then cook over low heat, covered, until tender, 40-50 minutes.
Rinse chicken wings, add cold water (3 l).
Bring water to a boil. Cook chicken over low heat, covered for 20 minutes.
Peel the carrots, onions and bell peppers and cut into strips or cubes.
Cut the tomato into cubes.
Cut the cucumbers into cubes too.
Peel and wash potatoes, cut into medium sized pieces.
The chicken is almost done Add the potatoes to the pot. Simmer over low heat, covered for 15 minutes.
Preheat a frying pan, pour in vegetable oil. Put onions and carrots in hot oil. Fry vegetables over medium heat, stirring occasionally, for 2-3 minutes.
Then add pepper and tomato. Fry everything together, stirring occasionally, for 1-2 minutes.
Add tomato paste.
Stir, add prepared cucumbers.
Stir, add 50 ml of hot stock from a saucepan. Mix. Simmer everything together on minimum heat for 5-7 minutes.
Add canned corn with liquid to the soup.
Then add the beans along with the liquid.
There - ready-made barley.
Now add the frying.
Mix everything well. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Add bay leaves.
Wash and chop the parsley.
Add parsley to the soup.
Cook the soup over low heat, covered for 10-15 minutes. Remove from heat. Let it brew for 10-15 minutes.
Pickle with chicken, vegetables, canned beans and corn is ready! Serve with sour cream.
