Fish pickle with cereals
Sort the pearl barley, rinse and cook until tender in three to four times the amount of water. Then the cereals can be rinsed again.
Cut the fish into fillets with boneless skin, cut into small portions. Pour water in a saucepan, cook for 10 minutes.
Cut onion, carrots and parsley, sauté in butter. Cut pickled cucumbers into strips and simmer.
Add potatoes cut into cubes to the boiling broth, after 10 minutes - browned vegetables, after another 5 minutes - cereals, cucumbers, salt and spices, cook for another 5-7 minutes. After that, let the pickle brew for 20-25 minutes to form the taste. When serving, put the pieces of fish on a plate, pour in the pickle, add sour cream and herbs.
