Homemade pickle with fish
The fish version of this dish has a special flavor.
The fish is cut into fillets with skin and rib bones and boiled. The finished fish is removed from the broth.
The procedure for laying products in a homemade pickle is as follows: chopped fresh cabbage is placed in a boiling broth, brought to a boil, then potatoes are placed, steamed for 5 - 7 minutes, after which browned vegetables, stewed cucumbers, roots are added and the pickle is boiled until tender.
Before the vacation, ready-made pieces of fish are placed in a plate and the pickle is poured.
