How to cook pork kharcho:
Peel the onion, wash, finely chop.

Wash the fatty pork, cut into small pieces.

Put the pieces of pork in a saucepan.

Then add finely chopped onions.

Simmer the meat with onions over medium heat, stirring occasionally, for about 15-20 minutes.

Boil the kettle. Then pour about 3 liters of boiling water over the meat (15-16 glasses).

Cook the soup over low heat, covered (10-15 minutes).

10-15 minutes before being ready, put seasonings and spices in the pork kharcho.

Cook the soup until tender over low heat, covered (10-15 minutes). Remove from heat. Let it brew for 15-20 minutes.
