Potato dumplings with ham and cheese, with creamy cheese sauce

Potato dumplings with ham and cheese are a great option for a hearty breakfast or light dinner for the whole family. And if you boil potatoes in advance, a delicious dish will be ready in almost a few minutes. We bake dumplings from chopped potatoes, ham and cheese, make a sauce of cream, melted cheese and spices for them - and start eating!

Potatoes - 600 g (6 pcs.)
Ham - 150 g
Egg yolks - 2 pcs.
Hard cheese - 100 g
Parsley (greens) - 10 g
Dill (greens) - 10 g
Green onions - 10 g
Vegetable oil - 1 tbsp. the spoon
Salt to taste
Ground black pepper - to taste
Ground nutmeg - 1 pinch
For the sauce:
Cream (20% fat) - 150 ml
Processed cheese - 100 g
Ground paprika - 2 tsp
Garlic - 1 clove
Dried oregano - to taste
Salt to taste

Prepare all the ingredients needed to make the ham and cheese potato dumplings.
Wash the potatoes and boil them in their skins until tender, about 20 minutes.
Cool the potatoes, peel and grate on a coarse grater.
Cut the ham into small cubes and place in a bowl with grated potatoes.
Grate the cheese on a coarse grater and put in a bowl with potatoes and ham.
Wash and dry greens and green onions, chop finely and add to the potato mass.
