How to cook chicken with oranges in the oven:
First, the chicken needs to be marinated. For the marinade, you need to grate or through a press, here as you prefer, chop all the garlic. Grate the zest of half an orange, gently, without touching the white shell, as it can give a bitterness that we don't need at all in this recipe.

Squeeze the juice of half an orange there.

You also need to dry the whole chicken well with paper towels - this way we get a crisper crust.
Cut the orange into thin slices and put it in the pocket between the meat and the chicken skin on both sides. In principle, the skin is easily separated from the meat; if necessary, you can always carefully trim it with a knife or kitchen scissors. You can put 2 slices of orange inside the chicken, you do not need to clog its belly, let the air circulate inside.
The tips of the wings can either be cut or wrapped in foil.

Bake the chicken with oranges in the oven at a temperature of 200-220 degrees (be guided by your oven) for 1-1.5 hours. I baked for 1 hour 20 minutes, the weight of the chicken was 2 kg. Readiness can be checked with a probe, the temperature inside the thickest part of the chicken, for example fillet, should be 65-70 degrees.
