Cod baked with cherry tomatoes

Baked cod garnished with couscous and cherry tomatoes.

How to cook baked cod:
1. Cut the garlic into thin slices. Cut olives into rings. Chop oregano and thyme.
2. Preheat the oven to 220 degrees. Wash and dry the fish.
3. Mix oregano, thyme, salt, ground garlic, paprika, pepper.
4. Sprinkle half of the mixture with cod from all sides.
5. Cover a baking dish with foil, grease with sunflower oil. Place the fish on one half of the dish.
6. Place the tomatoes and garlic side by side.
7. Mix the remaining half of the spices with olive oil. Pour the mixture over the tomatoes. Mix. Bake for 8-12 minutes, stirring occasionally.
8. Add olives and capers.
9. For garnish, pour couscous into the water. Boil. Reduce fire. Cook for 12-15 minutes.
10. When serving, place baked fish, tomatoes and couscous on each plate.
