According to this recipe, potatoes are baked in the oven without any trick, but there are a couple of things that make baked potatoes especially tasty and aromatic.

Food (for 6 servings)
Extra virgin olive oil - 3 tbsp. l.
Butter - 1 1/2 tbsp. l.
Young potatoes (peeled) - 1.5 kg
Fresh lemon juice - 1/4 cup
Fresh thyme (chopped) - 4 tsp
Salt - 3/4 tsp.
Ground black pepper - 1/2 tsp.

How to cook baked potatoes in the oven:

1. Turn on the oven to preheat to 200 degrees. In a large skillet over medium-high heat, heat the olive and butter for about 3-4 minutes. Remove the pan from the stove and put the peeled potatoes in it, mix well so that the tubers are completely covered in oil.

2. Place the oiled potatoes in a single layer on a large baking sheet. Place the baking sheet in a preheated oven and bake the potatoes, stirring occasionally, for about 40-45 minutes, until soft and golden brown.
