Pasta with broccoli and meat is a great idea for a simple dinner.

Broccoli cabbage (disassembled into inflorescences) - 450 g
Penne pasta - 230 g
Extra virgin olive oil - 1 tbsp. l.
Turkey kupat - 230 g
Garlic (cut into thin slices) - 6 cloves
Salt - 1/2 tsp.
Ground black pepper - 1/4 tsp.

How to cook pasta with broccoli and meat:

1. Blanch broccoli in water for 2 minutes. Remove the cabbage from the boiling water and immediately transfer it to ice water to stop the cooking process. After a couple of minutes, drain the cabbage and chop coarsely.

2. In the water in which the cabbage was boiled, boil the pasta until cooked, according to the instructions on the package, adding a little salt to the water. Drain the finished pasta by reserving 1/4 cup of liquid.

3. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Gut the kupaty, remove the film, and pour the meat into a preheated pan. Fry the meat, stirring occasionally, for about 4 minutes, until brown. Then add the garlic to the pan and cook for about 1 minute.

4. Put the boiled broccoli pasta, the reserved liquid in a pan with meat, season with salt, pepper and cook for about 1 minute, stirring occasionally. Serve the pasta with broccoli and meat immediately.
