How to cook young potatoes in sour cream:
Peel and wash young potatoes.
Peel the onion and cut into medium pieces.
Pour boiling water over potatoes and onions in a saucepan so that it only covers the vegetables. Salt. Cook over medium heat until the potatoes are half cooked, 10 minutes.
Add sour cream. Mix.
Add bay leaves and pepper. Cook potatoes with onions and sour cream over low heat for another 10-15 minutes.
