Food (for 2 servings)
Couscous - 50 g
Chicken hearts - 250 g
Turmeric - 0.3 tsp
Pumpkin seed oil - 2 tsp
Cream 20% - 120 ml
Onions - 50 g
Garlic - 2 teeth
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
Vegetable oil - 20-25 g (for frying)
Cherry tomato - 1-2 pcs. (for decoration)
Bulgarian pepper - 3 pcs. different colors (for decoration)

How to make couscous with chicken hearts:

1. Fill the hearts with cold water, boil for 40 minutes in salted water.

2. Decorate the plate with bell pepper rings.

3. Cut the cherry tomato obliquely and, turning one half over, make a heart for decoration.

4. Pour couscous with boiling water (75 ml), in which the turmeric has been dissolved. Cover with a lid and leave for 8 minutes.

5. Finely chop the onion and garlic. Fry the boiled hearts with onions and garlic for several minutes in a preheated pan with butter.

6. Add the cream to the hearts, let it thicken slightly, salt and pepper.

7. Put the heart-shaped couscous in the middle of the plate. We spread chicken hearts around it. For couscous - cherry heart. And lightly pour the couscous with pumpkin seed oil.
