Prepare all foods.

How to cook pea pancakes:
Soak dry peas in cold water overnight.

Rinse the peas, pour boiling water over (about 3 cups) and cook until tender, about 45 minutes. Be sure to salt at the end!

Drain off any remaining water.

Use a blender to turn the peas into puree.

Introduce eggs one at a time.

Peel the onion, cut into cubes. Grind with pea puree and eggs in a blender.

Add Mayo.

Pour flour into the pea-egg mixture. Mix everything thoroughly so that there are no lumps.

Add herbs, spices, salt, if necessary. Mix.

Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan. Put the pancakes with a tablespoon in a preheated frying pan. Fry the pea pancakes on both sides until golden brown.
