This dish is very convenient because both meat and potatoes are cooked in one baking sheet at the same time. The dish is served with a spicy creamy horseradish and mustard sauce.

How to cook oven baked beef with potatoes:
1. Turn on the oven to preheat to 240 degrees. Using the base of a knife, crush 3 cloves of garlic, remove the husk. Pass the rest of the garlic through a press. Cut one sprig of rosemary into 2.5 cm pieces with scissors. Remove the leaves from the other sprig and chop well, pour into a bowl with garlic chopped through a press. Add 1 teaspoon olive oil, about 1/4 teaspoon salt and 1/4 teaspoon black pepper to this bowl. Set aside.
2. In a large baking sheet, fold the potatoes, crushed garlic, chopped rosemary sprig, sprinkle with about 1/4 teaspoon of salt and pepper, and drizzle with the remaining 1 tablespoon of olive oil, mix well and spread in one layer over the baking sheet, leaving space for fillets in the center … Grate the meat with a mixture of garlic and spices, and place in the center of the baking sheet.
3. Put a baking sheet in a preheated oven and cook the dish for about 20 minutes, then reduce the temperature to 180 degrees and cook for another 8-10 minutes (the temperature on the thermometer for meat should reach 65 degrees). Put the baked beef in the oven on a cutting board, cover with foil and let it rest for about 10 minutes. Put the potatoes on a serving plate.
4. Meanwhile, prepare the sauce. Whisk the cream lightly, add horseradish, mustard, vinegar, 1/8 teaspoon of salt and the same amount of pepper, mix well.
Cut the baked beef with potatoes into slices and serve with potatoes and sauce.
