Let's prepare all the ingredients for cooking chicken with prunes, olives and capers.

How to cook oven baked chicken with prunes, olives and capers:
First, prepare the chicken marinade. To do this, cut the prunes into small pieces.

Cut the olives into thin rings.

In a bowl, combine capers, prunes, olives, tomato paste, lemon juice, sugar, wine.

Peel the chicken thighs (we only need fillets).

Mix salt, flour and thyme in a bag.

Add chicken pulp to the bag. Shake the bag well, after tying it, so that the meat is covered with flour with spices.

In a frying pan over high heat, fry the chicken pieces in vegetable oil until golden brown, 5-7 minutes.

Put the fried chicken meat in a fireproof form.

Fill the meat with the previously prepared marinade with prunes, olives and capers. Mix well the chicken with the marinade.

Cover the form with foil and send the chicken with prunes to the oven preheated to 180 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
