How to cook country-style young potatoes:
Mine small potatoes under running cold water. Put clean potatoes on a towel and blot them so that they do not shoot in the pan.

Preheat a frying pan, pour in sunflower oil and soy sauce. Put the potatoes in hot oil and fry over high heat, stirring constantly, for 5 minutes.
(Be careful, because soy sauce shoots.)
Then make a small fire, cover and simmer for another 15 minutes.

Chop the dill and garlic. Salt and chop the garlic and herbs with a knife. We set aside for now.

Chop the basil finely until it runs out. Add basil to sour cream and stir. Let's stand.

Transfer the potatoes without oil to a separate container, mix with herbs and dill.
