Spaghetti with shrimp and creamy sauce has a delicate flavor and garlic aroma.

Products
Spaghetti - 250 g
Lemon - 1 pc.
Large shrimps (peeled) - 450 g
Freshly ground black pepper
Unsalted butter - 2 tbsp. l.
Garlic (thinly sliced) - 3 cloves
Red pepper flakes - 1/8 tsp
Dry white wine - 1/4 cup
Mascarpone cheese - 1/2 cup
Chives (chopped) - 2 tbsp. l.
Salt to taste

How to make shrimp spaghetti:

1. Boil spaghetti in lightly salted water until al dente (slightly undercooked), according to the instructions on the package.

2. Meanwhile, rub the lemon zest on a fine grater (you need 1 1/2 teaspoons). Squeeze out 2 tablespoons of lemon juice. Mix the shrimp with 1/2 teaspoon of zest, 1/4 teaspoon of salt and the same amount of pepper.

3. Heat the butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Put the garlic in the heated oil and add the red pepper flakes, cook, stirring occasionally, for about 1 minute. Place the shrimps in a frying pan and cook for 3-4 minutes, until pink. Pour the shrimp with wine and lemon juice, bring to a boil and cook for another 1 minute.

4. Throw the spaghetti in a colander, having reserved beforehand 3/4 cup of water. Transfer the spaghetti to the shrimp skillet, pour in 1/2 cup reserved water and add the mascarpone. Mix spaghetti with shrimps well, season with salt and pepper to taste, add more reserved water if necessary. Remove the pan from the stove, add the remaining zest and chives, stir again and serve the shrimp spaghetti immediately.
