A full dinner of grilled meat and rice garnish with it.

How to cook pork with rice:
1. Cut the pork across the grain into 8 slices. Wash spinach (defrost frozen spinach) and dry. Chop the onion and parsley. Chop the nuts.
2. Smash the pork slightly to a thickness of 1 cm, sprinkle with 0.25 teaspoons of salt and pepper.
3. In a large skillet, heat the oil, put the meat, cook for 6-8 minutes over medium heat. Turn the meat 3-4 minutes after the start of cooking. Remove meat from heat, keep warm.
4. Mix lemon juice and hot sauce, pour into the pan into the oil that remains there. Add spinach, green onions, nuts, parsley and 1/8 teaspoon of salt. Cook over low heat until spinach is soft.
5. Boil a glass of water in a small saucepan. Add rice, bring to a boil again, reduce heat.
6. Cook, covered, for 45 minutes, so that almost all the liquid is absorbed.
7. Remove from heat and leave covered for another 5 minutes.
8. Cut the tomatoes into thick circles.
9. Arrange the spinach, meat, rice and tomatoes on the plates.
