Prepare foods for diet cabbage rolls.

Rinse the chicken fillet and cut into large pieces.

Mix oatmeal with egg.

In sunflower oil, fry the onion, cut into small cubes, and the carrots, grated on a coarse grater.

Pass the chicken fillet through a meat grinder into a bowl of oat and egg mass. Add 2/3 of the whole frying (onion and carrot) to this, add salt and black pepper.

Toss the oatmeal with egg, sautéed vegetables, and chicken. The filling for diet cabbage rolls is ready.

Cut the tomato into cubes and transfer to the pan with the remaining sautéed vegetables.

Pour in boiling water, add a pinch of salt and bring the frying to a boil. Boil the sauce for 5 minutes over high heat.

Remove the leaves from the cabbage head and boil them for 5 minutes in plenty of water. Then put the cabbage leaves in a bowl and let them cool for a couple of minutes.

Use a culinary hammer to beat off any thickenings on the cabbage leaves.

Now wrap the chicken fillet filling with oatmeal in cabbage leaves, forming rolls (cabbage rolls).

Put stuffed cabbage rolls in a cauldron or thick-walled saucepan, fill with sauce.

Bring the liquid to a boil, reduce heat and simmer the cabbage rolls, covered, until tender (about 30 minutes).
