Savoy cabbage rolls
Rinse whole heads of savoy cabbage thoroughly. Each leaf carefully consider whether there are caterpillars on it. Prepare minced pork minced through a meat grinder, rice, eggs: pepper and salt. Disassemble the cabbage into separate leaves, put the minced meat on the leaves, wrap and tie with a thread. Prepare a liquid flour dressing in butter, dilute a little with water, put stuffed cabbage, simmer until soft and season with sour cream.
