Before preparing pasta nests with minced meat and mushrooms, prepare the necessary ingredients.

Salt and pepper the minced meat, add finely chopped onions (I chopped two onions in a blender), an egg, semolina. Stir with a little cold water (50 ml). Leave for 15-20 minutes for the semolina to swell.

Peel the remaining onion, cut into small cubes.

Wash the mushrooms, cut into medium pieces (I cut into 4-6 pieces).

In a preheated pan with the addition of vegetable oil, fry the onions until transparent.

Add mushrooms to the onion, season with salt and pepper, fry until mushrooms are ready.

Put pasta nests on a baking sheet (I have fidelini, they cook very quickly, 2-3 minutes, so I don't boil them). Put small cutlets formed from minced meat on the nests.

Spread the mushrooms and onions on top.

Dilute sour cream with hot water, salt, you can add any spices to taste. Stir. Pour pasta nests so that they are half-covered with liquid.

Cover a baking sheet with pasta with foil and bake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 30-40 minutes, until the minced meat is ready.

Remove the foil, sprinkle the pasta nests with minced meat with grated cheese and chopped herbs, you can also put in the oven for 5 minutes.

The "nests" of pasta with minced meat and mushrooms baked in the oven are ready.
