Fragrant fried mushrooms with fresh thyme, garlic and ground pepper. The recipe is interesting because it uses both champignons and oyster mushrooms. The mushrooms are first fried separately and then combined in one dish.

Prepare the required ingredients.

Peel the garlic and cut into thin slices.

Cut the champignons into quarters.

Heat 1 tbsp in a frying pan. l. vegetable oil, put the mushrooms. Add 1 sprig of thyme, half chopped garlic, half a serving of red pepper, salt and black pepper.

Fry the mushrooms for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until golden brown. Transfer the mushrooms to a plate.

Disassemble the oyster mushrooms into separate mushrooms, removing the solid base.

In the same pan, heat 1 tbsp. l. vegetable oil. Put the oyster mushrooms, add the remaining thyme sprig, the other half of the garlic and the remaining red pepper.

Fry, stirring occasionally, for 6-8 minutes, until mushrooms are tender.

Add fried mushrooms to oyster mushrooms, mix. Cook the mushrooms for another 1-2 minutes. Remove the thyme sprigs.
Drizzle the fried mushrooms with lemon juice and sprinkle with chopped parsley. The dish is ready.
