The grilled pizza is very reminiscent of the real Italian pizza baked in the oven. Delicious.
How to make grilled pizza:
1. In a large bowl, dissolve the yeast in warm water. Add sugar, butter, all salt, oregano and 1 1/2 cups flour. Knead to a homogeneous dough, adding the required amount of flour. Place the dough on a floured surface and knead for about 10 minutes, until elastic (well-mixed dough should not stick to your hands). Place the dough in a lightly oiled bowl, cover and place in a warm place for 30 minutes.
2. Cover two metal pizza circles with a diameter of 30 cm with foil, grease with vegetable oil, set aside. Turn on the grill to preheat to medium temperature.
3. Gut the sausages and fry them in a large skillet over medium heat until pink. Drain excess fat and remove from heat.
4. Knead the approached dough, divide into two parts and roll each into a circle with a diameter of 32 cm. Place the prepared bases on baking sheets covered with foil, fold the edges to form sides. Grease the bases with tomato sauce, top with fried meat, sprinkle with mushrooms, chopped peppers and chopped cheese. Place the pizza on the grill rack and cook the grilled pizza with the lid closed for 15-20 minutes, until the cakes are golden brown.
