How to cook goulash: The
meat is washed, cleaned, cut into cubes weighing 20-30 g.
The pan is heated, vegetable oil is poured. Spread the prepared meat.
Fry the meat over medium heat until a crust forms (2-3 minutes on each side).
Place in a saucepan.
Add tomato to the pan. It is sautéed over low heat for 1-2 minutes.
The meat is poured with hot water or broth, a slightly browned tomato is added and stewed almost until tender (about 40-60 minutes).
Peel the onion, wash, chop finely.
Preheat a frying pan, pour in some vegetable oil. Lay out the onion. For the sauce, saute the onion over low heat, stirring, until transparent (1-2 minutes).
Then flour is added.
Then the spices are mixed.
Diluted with broth from a saucepan in which the meat is stewed.
The prepared sauce is poured over the meat.
Add sour cream.
Continue simmering the goulash over low heat under the lid (5-10 minutes).
