Cooking pork liver with pepper is very simple. The liver does not need to be soaked in anything, because thanks to the large amount of sweet peppers and onions, the dish turns out to be juicy and tasty. This recipe makes the liver a hearty addition to a potato side dish or light salad.

We prepare products for cooking pork liver with pepper.

We thoroughly wash the liver, remove films and veins. Cut into medium pieces.

Peel the onion and cut into thin half rings.

Peel and chop the garlic.

Peel and cut the pepper into half rings.

In a frying pan in vegetable oil, fry the onions until soft (3-5 minutes).

Add bell peppers and fry for another 5-7 minutes.

We send garlic, paprika to the pan, mix and heat for 1 minute.

Put pieces of liver in a pan, stir and fry for 10 minutes.
If the liver has released little juice, add 50 ml of water.

Add marjoram, salt and pepper to taste. We fry for another 5 minutes.
