Goulash in Transylvanian

Lightly fry the pork chopped into small pieces (ham, shoulder) in heated lard, add chopped onions, garlic, dill, crushed caraway seeds, paprika, pour in a small amount of water or broth and simmer the meat until half cooked.

Then add sauerkraut, red hot pepper, salt, mix everything, close the lid and continue simmering over low heat until the cabbage is ready. Shortly before the end of stewing, season with sour cream and bring to a boil.
