Prepare the required ingredients.
Rinse the pork and pat dry with a paper towel.
Drain the canned corn.
Peel and rinse the potatoes.

Cut the meat into medium-sized pieces.

In a deep skillet, cauldron or thick-walled saucepan, heat the sunflower oil and fry the pork over high heat, stirring frequently, for about 10 minutes.

Peel the onion and cut into half rings.

Add the onion to the meat. Add 1/4 teaspoon salt and ground coriander.

Continue frying the meat and onions, stirring occasionally, until the onions are tender.

Rinse red bell peppers and free from seeds, cut the pulp into medium-sized cubes. Peel the garlic and cut 2 cloves into slices (set aside 1 garlic clove, you will need it later).

Add chopped bell peppers and garlic to the meat. Also add the chili pod. You can use either fresh or dried chili pod.

Simmer meat and peppers over low heat for about 10 minutes.

Cut the potatoes into medium-sized cubes.

Add potatoes and canned corn to the meat.

Bring water (150 ml) to a boil, mix with the remaining salt and pour into a saucepan to the meat. Continue simmering the stir-fry for about 15 minutes more, until the potatoes are completely cooked.

Then dilute the tomato paste with 1 tbsp. spoon of drinking water and add to the meat.

Simmer everything together for about 5 minutes.

Rinse the dill and parsley, dry and chop finely. Also finely chop the set garlic clove. Add chopped herbs, garlic, black pepper and chili flakes to the pan to the meat.

Stir the roast and let it simmer for another 2 minutes, covered over low heat. Then remove the pot from the stove.

Pork stewed with vegetables and canned corn is ready.
Serve hot.
