I love this recipe! You can feed the whole family, there is nothing complicated in cooking. And it turns out very tasty, home-style! Chicken, potatoes and dumplings. Cook for health!

I only take half of the chicken - just enough for our family.

Pour salt into flour, mix. Add eggs. Adding a little water, knead the soft dough.

Not all water may go away.

We finish the kneading on the table. The dough should be slightly softer than the dumplings.

Knead the dough well and let it rest in a bag or under a damp towel.

Cut the chicken into pieces and fry in vegetable oil over medium heat.

Cut the potatoes coarsely (I cut it with a curly knife).

Add potatoes to meat, mix and fry (without adding water) for five minutes.

The excess can be frozen.

Add salt to boiling water and throw in dumplings. There should be enough water so that they do not stick together.

While the dumplings are boiling, add salt and black pepper to the potatoes.
After the dumplings float up, boil them for just a couple of minutes.

We take the dumplings with a slotted spoon directly from the pan and send them to the potatoes and meat.
Stir and let all the flavors soak under the lid for literally three minutes.

You can add greens both directly to the dish itself, or already on the plate.
