Summer roast
In a pressure cooker on margarine, fry the meat cut into pieces and onions chopped into rings, sprinkle with flour, pour in 1/2 cup of water. Scald the tomatoes with boiling water, remove the skin, cut into slices. Pepper to clear of seeds, cut into rings. Put pepper and tomatoes on the meat, add chopped garlic, salt, pepper - to taste. Close the saucepan, simmer for 15 minutes.
Serve with mashed potatoes, boiled rice.
