Griban-style roast
Cut the meat into pieces, season with salt, pepper, roll in flour and fry in a frying pan preheated with oil. Season the prepared liver with salt, roll in flour and lightly fry in a pan with butter. Put the fried meat and liver in pots or other deep dishes, add finely chopped onions and mushrooms, cut potatoes into wedges. Salt everything, pour sour cream and simmer in the oven until tender.
