Pork ribs in tomato sauce

For this dish, it is better to choose young meat, then there will be more meat and less fat. You can serve it with any side dish or as an independent dish.

1. Wash ribs and cut into portions, season with salt and pepper to taste.
2. Squeeze out the lemon juice, mix it with vegetable oil (2 tablespoons), soy sauce and chili.
3. Add crushed garlic and spices to the meat.
4. Pour the ribs with sauce. Leave to marinate in the refrigerator overnight.
5. Heat vegetable oil in a cauldron or deep frying pan. Fry the ribs on it until golden brown.
6. Peel the onion and cut into half rings. Peel the carrots, wash and grate on a coarse grater.
7. Fry the onion with ribs in butter until golden brown. Add grated carrots. Fry together for 3 minutes.
8. Dissolve the tomato paste with boiled water and add the ribs.
9. Simmer the ribs over low heat until half of the liquid has evaporated. Add salt if necessary.
