Roast pork with plums and potatoes
Cut the meat (ham) along the length and place pitted plums soaked in water into the cut. Fry the meat in a saucepan on all sides until golden brown, then add finely chopped vegetables to it, pour a little hot water, salt, put black peppercorns and cook until soft. Half an hour before the meat is ready, put the peeled and chopped potatoes into a saucepan. Bake the prepared dish in the oven for 15 minutes. Served with salad.
