Scandinavian ham roast
Apply cross-shaped cuts on the skin of the ham and sprinkle evenly with salt, pepper, stuff with cloves. Place the ham, skin side up, in a greased skillet and bake for 4-4.5 hours in an oven preheated to 150 ° C. Remove the cooked meat from the oven and put in a warm place. To prepare the sauce, add 250 ml of water to the juice released during frying, add salt and pepper and bring the mixture to a boil. Boil the sauce with starch and add sour cream. Cut the roast into slices and put on a dish. Serve the sauce separately.
