Roast lamb with vegetables, beans and yeast dough mini buns.

1. Mix lamb ribs with garlic and smoked paprika. Add salt, pepper, cumin, some vegetable oil. Mix with your hands and put in a heat-resistant form.
2. Top - chopped potatoes, onions, carrots, bell peppers, tomatoes, beans, thyme. Salt and pepper again. I also poured in 150 grams of meat broth (water can be used).
3. Cover with foil and place roast lamb with vegetables in the oven at 160 degrees for 2.5 hours.
4. Knead ordinary yeast dough, let it come up.
5. Form the dough into buns, weighing 25 grams, and let them come up again.
6. Grease with vegetable oil and bake buns for 15 minutes at 200 degrees.
7. Dump the finished hot buns into a wide bowl, fill with a mixture of vegetable oil and butter (1: 1), chopped herbs and garlic. And, shaking, mix.
8. Serve the roast lamb with mini buns.
