Fry everything in the same way until blush.
Well, now it's time to unite everything. We add meat to the mushrooms, put the potatoes on the grid, let the oil drain and send them to the rest, Season with pepper, sprinkle with dill and fry everything a little together so that all the components of our roast combine their smells.
That's it. Cut brown bread into thick slices. If there is a desire, chop the cheese on top or pour sour cream. Or you can simply chop green onions on top and wrap everything with fragrant herbal tea. Enjoy your meal.
