Sicilian chicken roast
Prepare chicken carcasses as for chicken tobacco. Potatoes cut into mellow slices, onions cut into thin rings. put the apples into slices in a deep bowl greased with olive oil. Add bay leaf, parsley, grated orange zest, ground cloves, allspice, cinnamon, salt and pepper. Lay the chickens on top, skin side up, lightly salt and pepper. Cover everything with orange catfish, brush with olive oil and sprinkle with breadcrumbs. Put the dishes with chicken in an oven heated to 200 C and bake them for 1-1.5 hours until a crispy golden crust forms. When serving, put the roast on a plate, garnish with orange slices and sprigs of herbs.
