We wrap potatoes and pork pieces in foil, so the dish turns out to be juicy and very tasty.

1. Cut the pork into small pieces, rub them with spices (you can also add 1 tablespoon of sour cream or mayonnaise if you wish).
2. Cut the potatoes into small pieces too.
3. Garlic can be either chopped finely or divided into two parts.
4. Put everything in foil, close, put on a baking sheet and put in the oven for 25-30 minutes (at a temperature of 180-200 degrees). Readiness can be checked with the tip of a knife.
