Turkish cabbage casserole with meat
Cut the cabbage into four parts and remove the stalk. Chop the cabbage, rinse and let the water drain. Peel and chop the onion. Melt the butter in a saucepan and brown the onion a little on it. Add minced meat and fry with onions for 5 minutes. Stir in cabbage, salt and red pepper and simmer over low heat for 30 minutes. Grease a large refractory dish with oil, sprinkle with breadcrumbs and put all the cabbage and meat mass there. Dilute the tomato paste with meat broth and pour into the cabbage. Over low heat on the stove, we will almost completely evaporate the liquid. Remove from the stove and let cool slightly. Preheat the oven to 175 degrees. Grate the cheese and sprinkle on the cooked casserole. Pour eggs shaken with milk. Bake in the oven for 45 minutes.
