Minced meat with vegetables is baked between two layers of mashed potatoes until golden brown. Vegetables are the most affordable, and lamb is taken for minced meat.

How to make mashed potato casserole:
1. Boil the potatoes until soft, then drain and leave in the pot in which the potatoes were boiled. Add milk, cream cheese, 1/4 teaspoon salt and the same amount of pepper to a saucepan. Mash the potatoes with a potato grinder to a puree state.
2. Turn on the oven to preheat to 220 degrees. Heat a large skillet over high heat. Pour the minced meat into a preheated pan, sprinkle with about 1/4 teaspoon of salt and pepper, cook, stirring occasionally, 3-5 minutes. Use a slotted spoon to transfer the minced meat to a large bowl.
3. Pour carrots, onions and celery into the same pan, sprinkle with 1/4 teaspoon of salt and pepper, cook, stirring occasionally, until vegetables are soft, about 8 minutes. Pour over the vegetables with wine, cook for a couple of minutes. Add the fried minced meat and thyme to the pan and stir.
4. Place half of the mashed potatoes in a large ovenproof dish and smooth over the bottom of the dish. Top with minced meat, corn and green peas. Cover vegetables with the remaining potatoes. Place the dish in the preheated oven and cook the mashed potato casserole for about 25 minutes, until the top is golden brown.
